How we use information
- To provide, configure and operate the CallCatch AI receptionist.
- To route calls, support forwarding and provision customer phone-number workflows.
- To prepare browser demos and customer dashboards.
- To create call summaries, transcripts, SMS notifications and appointment/enquiry records where enabled.
- To process optional voice-cloning requests and manage approved voice selections.
- To support billing, account security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention and customer support.
- To maintain reliability and diagnose service issues.
Voice cloning is optional
Customers may choose a standard platform voice instead of cloning a voice. If a customer submits a voice sample, they must be authorized to provide and use that voice. Voice samples and related voice-profile identifiers may be processed by configured voice providers to create and operate the selected voice.
Calls, recordings and transcripts
CallCatch can process caller speech to respond, transcribe, summarize and record call outcomes. Calls may be recorded or transcribed where enabled and where the customer configuration and applicable law allow it. Business customers remain responsible for setting lawful caller notices and instructions for their jurisdiction and use case.
Service providers and international processing
CallCatch uses service providers to operate the product. Current implementation references include PayPal for payment approval/subscription flows, Twilio for telecommunications/SMS/recording-related workflows, Supabase for database and storage, Vercel for web hosting, and configured AI, speech-to-text and voice/TTS providers for demo and receptionist operation.
These providers may process information in countries outside Australia or New Zealand. We use them to provide the service, secure accounts, process calls, and maintain reliability.
Cookies and website data
CallCatch uses essential cookies and similar technologies for authentication, sessions, security and product operation. We did not find an active advertising pixel or Google Analytics implementation in the inspected code. See our Cookie / Website Notice.
Security, retention and requests
We use access controls, server-side storage and operational safeguards appropriate for the service. No public page should be read as a guarantee that every incident is impossible.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide CallCatch, meet operational, billing, regulatory, dispute, security and legal needs, or until deletion is handled through an available support/admin process. If you need access, correction or deletion help, contact us at hello@neetfly.dev.
