AI answers and assists with calls
CallCatch uses AI to answer or assist with business calls when configured to do so. It may ask follow-up questions, capture the caller's request, and provide a summary to the business.
Recording, transcription and processing
Calls may be transcribed, summarized or recorded where enabled and supported by the product configuration. These records can appear in the customer dashboard and may be processed by service providers needed to operate CallCatch.
AI may make mistakes
CallCatch should not be used as an emergency service, life-safety system, medical triage system, legal adviser, financial adviser or guaranteed booking engine. Callers should use appropriate emergency channels for urgent situations.
Customer responsibility
- Business customers are responsible for configuring lawful disclosure, recording and caller-notice practices for their jurisdiction.
- Business customers should keep FAQs, hours, services and instructions accurate.
- Callers should avoid providing unnecessary highly sensitive information unless the business has a lawful reason and secure workflow for it.
Voice cloning
Voice cloning is optional and requires appropriate authorization from the person whose voice is provided. Customers may use a standard platform voice instead.
